About UploadsBox

We think sending a file should be as easy as sending a message.

UploadsBox started as a weekend project after one too many "the attachment is too big" emails. Most file sharing services want you to make an account, install an app or sit through ads before you can send anything. We wanted a box you drop files into and a link you send. That's it.

Today UploadsBox is used to send everything from holiday photos to project archives. The free plan will always stay free, and paid plans keep the lights on for everyone.

What we care about

• Simplicity. No clutter, no tricks, no dark patterns.
• Speed. Uploads and downloads should be as fast as your connection allows.
• Privacy. Your files are yours. We don't look at them, sell them or train anything on them.
